We provide residential maintenance services. Subscription payments are non-refundable after service has been performed.

3. SMS/Mobile Messaging Terms

By entering your phone number on our website or order forms, you consent to receive text messages from Unified Exterior Services regarding your service, scheduling, and account updates.

• Program Description: We send service reports, gate code requests, and billing notifications.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on service needs (approx 4/month).
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-Out: You can reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Liability

We are not responsible for pre-existing damages to property.

5. Information Sharing (Strict Policy)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
